It is an undisputable fact that many Africans and Nigerians in particular are suffering from dental problems. This is largely caused by lack of awareness/ information on proper dental care, nutrition & hygiene.  As a matter of fact, the initiator of the Dental Drive project & founder of the Aurora International Charity Foundation - Miss Tomi Salami has had her own share of tooth problems which began right from her teenage years. She has had first hand experience in dealing with how excruciating toothache can be and has had extractions, root canal therapies, fillings & crowns cast. These experiences spurred her empathetic heart to conceive this project in a bid to sensitize as many people as possible so as to prevent tooth problems & provide relief for those already suffering from dental troubles.
